RETURN POLICY (SATISFACTION GUARANTEED):
If you are not satisfied, return items immediately for a replacement, full credit, or refund. Items ordered in error are subject to a 1596 restocking charge. Write or telephone for authorization before returning items. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs. No collect shipments will be excepted. Items received damaged in shipment should be brought immediately to the attention of shipper, and will be replaced with a new order unless otherwise notified. Credit may be refused on products that are older than 6 months beyond shipping date, have been damaged by smoke, fire, water, have been opened or partially used, other than an initial bottle.
Shipments F.O.B. Our plant made within 24 hours of receipt of order via all ups, or truck, whichever is least expensive way. Shipping & handling charges will be added and may be invoiced separately.
